It was all action at home to Athgarvan on Saturday with some very entertaining football on show from our super 7's. The game moved from end to end as both sides exchanged scores with very little to choose between the sides.

The last few weeks at training paid dividends as our youngsters implemented new skills such as tone-handed tackling and rolling away from the tackle. We are beginning to see a lot of our players growing in confidence as they actively seek to get on the ball more and more. Athgarvan just about got this one over the line and we look forward to playing them again, later in the summer, over in Athgarvan. 

It's a quick turnaround and we welcome Castledermot midweek to fulfil a previously, postponed fixture.
