First game of the season we came up against a good Suncroft team which we had played last year. 
It was a perfect day for football with no rain in sight. 
Kildangan started well with great play in the midfield from Ryan D and Emma. When the ball did go into Suncroft’s forwards there was great defending and effort put in my Ari, Niall and Blair with James in goals keeping the ball out.
As the match went on we were able to work the ball into our forwards Páidí, Aidan and Leah who put in a great effort to get on the ball. 
As the match went on Suncroft started to comeback at us, we called on Fionn, Tom , Ava and Muireann to come in and give some of our players a rest. This was done throughout the game. 
The match was even all the way through with Kildangan getting a run of three scores with some great play near the end.
