There is plenty happening across Kildangan, Abbey Rangers and Trinity Gaels this week, both on and off the field, as we enter the final countdown to the Alan Mahon Community Event.

Before then, we have our annual club clean-up evenings, an U14 league semi-final, juvenile fixtures across all age groups and a mouth-watering All-Ireland clash between Kildare and Kerry in Newbridge.

As preparations continue for the Alan Mahon Community Event, our annual clean-up evenings take place this week at the clubhouse.

🧹 Wednesday 10th June – 7.00pm to 9.00pm

We would be delighted to see as many people as possible lend a hand. Bring sweeping brushes, spades, hedge trimmers or whatever equipment might help. Every year we carry out this clean-up ahead of the Alan Mahon Community Event, when hundreds of people pass through our gates, and we want More O’Ferrall Park looking its very best.

Saturday’s clash between Kildare and Kerry offers a fantastic opportunity for young and old to see some of the finest footballers in the country at close quarters. With Newbridge on our doorstep, we would encourage anyone with an interest in football to get along and enjoy what promises to be a great occasion.
