After the excitement and community spirit of last weekend’s Alan Mahon Community Event and a lot of matches , it is a somewhat quieter week on the playing front, though there are still a number of important fixtures taking place across the club.
Before looking ahead, we would like to once again thank everyone who helped make the Alan Mahon Community Event such a success. Whether you volunteered, sponsored, baked, sold tickets, stewarded, supported activities or simply attended, your contribution helped create a fantastic occasion for the entire community.
Our week begins on Monday evening when our U11s travel to Baltinglass for a 6.45pm throw-in.
On Wednesday evening, our Minor team return to action in the Summer League when they take on Athgarvan in Castlemitchell at 8.00pm.
Friday sees two of our youngest teams in action. Our U8s make the short journey to take on friends and neighbours Ballykelly at 6.45pm, while our U6s travel to Nurney for only their second match, with throw-in at 6.30 pm
